Fastest finishers

The speedy ones. Prizes awarded for fastest male and female in each distance (in one go – no stopping/pausing watches). Runners entering the 10K can also run a separate 5K and 1K and submit their total combined time for a chance to win a prize for the fastest combined time.

Pendock Spring Chicken Runs are all about getting people into experiencing off road running and we want to maintain that spirit with the Virtual Runs . It’s not about blazing down a strip of tarmac . Therefore to incentivise you to run off-road, finish times will be adjusted as follows (the actual finish time will still show in the results):

• 1K: 1 minute added on for a road run, 30 seconds for multi-terrain.
• 5K: 2 minutes added on for a road run, 1 minute for multi-terrain.
• 10K: 4 minutes added on for a road run, 2 minutes for multi-terrain.

Multi-terrain is 15-50% road and above 50% is road.
